(“J2 Capital”), pursuant the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (the “Law”), discloses this Privacy Notice with the purpose of informing our users (“You”) the kind of personal data that we collect, the treatment we give to such information, and the means through which You can exercise your rights to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Oppose (the “ARCO Rights”, as defined in the Law) in relation with your personal data that You decide to provide us.
